Vic: Baby found abandoned out front of bank=2
Police later said they knew the identity of the baby and her parents and were attempting
to contact them.
Police confirmed the baby was five months old and was found in a pram, which contained
baby food and medical records, with the parent's details ripped out.
Her condition was described as good.
