BEXHILL Farmers Market recently celebrated its fifth year of trading in Parkhurst Hall.
Wendy Mayers, who runs a cake stall in the market, made an ornate sponge to mark the occasion.
The market was set up by Rother Cllr Stuart Wood in September 2002 after public interest in the scheme.
Originally the event was to be held in Devonshire Square, before costs dictated an indoor solution. Parkhurst Hall was settled on due to its central location.
