Vic: Premier's drug crackdown part of third-term plan
Victorian Premier STEVE BRACKS says 14 million dollars allocated to the fight against
heroin addiction will be diverted to help treat ice addicts.
Mr BRACKS says a massive crackdown on drugs will form a major part of his third term in office.
An anti-drugs offensive will be launched which will include a new taskforce to crack
down on ice dealers .. aggressive treatment and rehabilitation for users .. and a study
of the number of children abused and neglected by addicts.
